What We Provide

Vector / Pro tem values first, interim talent with well developed business experience then secondly, solid cross-functional skills and finally, cultural exposure. We find the degree of specific industry experience is not the determining factor in a successful interim management professional.

For example – a western born interim manager with upstream oilfield experience and MBA schooling worked seven weeks to provide a clinic services pricing model for an NGO supporting family health in a Muslim country. This work closed a $2.1MM gap in an $8.5MM annual budget.
