Interim Management Talent
Our First Corps of interim managers is ready to depart on assignment within one to three days. Suitable objectives include sustaining presence, asset security or agent-in-place. First Corps usually responds to tactical assignments which sensibly range from a few days to four weeks. This roster changes regularly.
Our Second Corps of interim managers can make ready with preparation for longer term assignments. Suitable objectives include due diligence tasks, local business development and local unit turn-around. Such work usually requires a month and more to achieve objectives. This is our standing roster and to date the longest assignment had a manager out nine months.
We’ve a Third Corps of talent, not currently available from our standing rosters, but who agree to provide support-at-a-distance to our interim managers on location.
